Marinade and Lamb

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine ginger paste, garlic paste, ground cumin, chilli flakes, dark soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, and ½ tablespoon salt. Mix thoroughly to create a uniform marinade.
  2. Marinate the Lamb: Add the diced lamb chunks to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours to intensify the flavors.
  3. Soak Skewers: Before cooking, soak 4 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking. Drain well once soaked.
  4. Thread the Lamb: Divide the marinated lamb evenly into 4 portions. Thread each portion onto a soaked skewer, distributing the meat evenly for uniform cooking.
