Scale

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh turmeric root, chopped
  • 2 lemons, peeled and chopped
  • 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Add the chopped ginger, turmeric root, peeled and chopped lemons and oranges, black pepper, and water to a blender. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is well combined.
  2. Strain the Juice: Place a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or pitcher. Pour the blended liquid through the strainer, and use a spoon to stir and press the mixture, separating the pulp from the juice.
  3. Discard Pulp and Store Juice: Discard the leftover pulp caught in the strainer. Pour the strained juice into an airtight container and refrigerate. The juice can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  4. Serve: When ready to consume, pour 2 ounces of the immunity shot into a glass and drink quickly like a shot to enjoy maximum benefits.
