Florida Orange Glaze

  • 1 lb powdered sugar

  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dough: Roll out the refrigerated dough into a long rectangle on a flat, lightly floured surface to ensure easy rolling.
  2. Add Marmalade: Spread ½ cup Florida Orange Juice Marmalade evenly over the dough rectangle, covering the surface thoroughly to infuse the rolls with citrus flavor.
  3. Add Butter and Brown Sugar: Pour ½ cup melted butter uniformly over the marmalade layer, then sprinkle 1 cup brown sugar evenly, followed by ½ teaspoon kosher salt to balance the sweetness.
  4. Roll the Dough: Starting at the long side farthest from you, roll the dough tightly toward you, keeping it snug to form a compact roll. Pinch the edges to seal the dough and prevent filling leakage.
  5. Cut the Rolls: Slice the roll into 1 to 1½ inch thick rolls and place them neatly into buttered pans, ensuring some space for rising.
  6. Let Rolls Rise: Allow rolls to rise at room temperature for at least 20 minutes until slightly puffed.
