Scale

Juices

  • 100ml cranberry juice
  • ½ orange, juiced (approximately 25ml)
  • 80ml sparkling white grape juice

Other Ingredients

  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • around 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare Glasses: Pour 50ml of cranberry juice into each of two champagne coups or wine glasses to form the base of the spritz.
  2. Add Orange Juice: Divide the fresh juice of half an orange evenly between the two glasses, then gently stir to combine the flavors.
  3. Add Sage and Ice: Place three fresh sage leaves into each glass, followed by one or two ice cubes to chill the drink properly.
  4. Top with Sparkling Juice: Finish each spritz by topping up with 40ml of sparkling white grape juice, giving it a light fizz and a hint of sweetness.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use freshly squeezed orange juice.
  • Adjust the amount of ice according to your preference for dilution.
  • The sparkling white grape juice provides natural sweetness without alcohol, making this a great non-alcoholic spritz.
  • For a garnish, consider adding an extra sage leaf on top for aroma and presentation.
