Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mozzarella: Drain the mozzarella balls if they are stored in water, then pat them dry thoroughly with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  2. Wrap with Prosciutto: Lay one slice of beef prosciutto flat on a clean surface. Place a mozzarella ball at one end and roll it tightly so that the prosciutto fully encases the mozzarella. Repeat for all the mozzarella pieces.
  3. Secure the Bites: Optionally, use toothpicks to secure each wrapped mozzarella bite to make them easier to handle during cooking and serving.
  4. Heat the Skillet: Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Allow the oil to become hot before adding the mozzarella bites.
